REQUIREMENTS

• Vaccines for dogs and cats must be up-to-date within 12 months of entry. These include BORDETELLA, rabies, distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza and parvovirus for dogs; and rabies, distemper, FVR and calici for cats. New clients are asked to present their pet's most recent vaccine certificate; an option is for you or your vet to fax it to us beforehand. Failure to do so could result in our inability to accept your pet.


• All pets must be in good health at time of entry.


• A bath may be required in certain situations upon entry and prior to pick up subject to our discretion. A fee will apply in most situations.


• A deposit may be required for first time guests. A valid credit card impression will normally suffice. Also, credit card details may be requested at the time of reservation. A 2 night charge will be taken on the card if the client is a 'no-show'  not bothering to cancel in advance.  


• We will request an emergency number to reach you at your trip location in case of a problem with your pet.


• A 2 night minimum charge will be incurred for a stay of 1 night. A 3 night minimum charge will be applied over the five  Canadian legal holidays:  the Christmas/ New Year period, Victoria Day, July 1 Holiday, August Holiday, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Day.
